For primary schools search for the name of the Local Authority where the school is situated.
All stage 1 hearings, where the school will present its case, are held with all parents present. Questions at stage 1 can only be about the school’s case and not about your child.
The exact date and time of your Stage 2 hearing, where you present your case, will be sent to you by post about 2 weeks before the hearing.
All appeals are heard online.
If there are a higher number of appeals than expected, dates may need to be changed. The date on your letter of invitation to the hearing will confirm dates and times.
